Romantic love is not only a part of life, but literally a dominating influence of it. It is deeply and significantly religious. There is no abundant life without it. Indeed, the highest degree of the celestial kingdom is unattainable in the absence of it.

Ummm...hmmm...I want more info on what constitutes romantic love. Because I think it's romantic when my husband makes me dinner or does the dishes for me, but I'm not sure that's what Boyd had in mind.
And I'm so utterly unromantic anyway...WAIT!!! I have a penthouse reserved in Hell, anyway...okay, nevermind.
I would also like to know the context and what he means by "romantic love". Especially since I had an entire literature class at BYU centered around why romantic love is false and destructive...
